I was severely magnesium deficient as well as my thyroid. Panic attacks are from low mag too? No wonder I had them for YEARS. Moving forward… Moving forward… So many years in so much pain because I was so ashamed of being mentally ill when I was really physically ill. Wow. Just… Wow.
